Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
- A clear unboxing video is required for damaged or defective items.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or discount
- Personal care items (if applicable)
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- For COD orders, a ₹39 COD charge is non-refundable.
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).
Return Shipping
- Customers may be required to pay return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
